Description

After breakfast we will be accompanied walking to the local food market, being the second most visited place in Santiago thanks to its history, architecture and local flavours of the freshest and most traditional local products being sold here.
At the market, we will have our private guide/teacher from the cooking school who will explain and show us all those products we can find in our visit.
After this visit, we will walk to the cooking school where with the help of our cooking teachers will prepare and finally enjoy our own lunch always, of course, accompanied by a Galician wine.
