Description

After having breakfast at the hotel we will drive to Arousa Island where a boat will be waiting to begin a cruise of 2 hrs. aprox. around Ria de Arousa to live a common day in the life of a fisherman or a shellfish gatherer depending to the season. We will sail surrounding the famous bateas and in our cruise we will be finding different kind of boats and people fishing squids, razor clams, sea bass, hake fish, clams, crabs with also different kind of fishing equipment.

During the cruise we will enjoy a special picnic lunch tasting some gourmet canned seafood specialties and “empanada gallega” with excellent Albariño wine.

After the cruise, drive to a wine cellar to visit the vineyards, the cellar and finally tasting some of the varieties of this famous Galician wine.
