Description

In this excursion, we will visit Sobrado dos Monxes Monastery (located at the Northern St. James Pilgrims Way), was founded a thousand years ago. Later we will continue to visit an artisanal Cheesemaker factory in order to see the process of making an artisanal Galicia chesse. (Tasting)

Then we will drive towards Lugo, with the Romans Walls surrounding the whole old city and visiting the Romanesque Cathedral. On the way back to Santiago, we will drive along the Pilgrims Way where several small villages and churches will pass before our gaze.

Outstanding visits: Sobrado dos Monxes Monastery, Artisan cheesemaker factory (tasting), Roman Walls and cathedral in Lugo.
